Toolings Design
HONSHI will customize the mold and toolings according to the 2D&3D drawing design, doing the tolerance analysis for all dimensions, and other mode analysis to ensure the product functions meet specifications. That’s saving development time and cost,quickly submit the samples to customers test.
Mass Production
HONSHI will adjust the mold and tooling according to customers test feedback till customers approved the connectors and cables samples.
Also, we update the formal drawings for customers final confirmation, providing mass production.
